CrowdStrike Pricing: What Each Falcon Bundle Costs in 2026
CrowdStrike pricing is easier to read than most security vendors' pricing, because CrowdStrike actually publishes it. The hard part is knowing which bundle you need and what the list price leaves out. A Falcon license gives you excellent technology, but someone still has to read the alerts at 2 a.m., and that person is the real cost. This guide breaks down every Falcon bundle, what it includes, how billing works and how to compare a license against a fully managed option.

How Much Does CrowdStrike Cost in 2026?
CrowdStrike lists Falcon Go at $7.99 per device billed monthly, Falcon Pro at $14.99 per device and Falcon Enterprise at $19.99 per device, according to the CrowdStrike pricing page read October 28, 2026. Falcon Complete MDR is listed at $184.99 per device and adds 24/7 managed detection and response.
Here is the full list in one place. Prices come straight from the CrowdStrike pricing page.
| Bundle | Listed price | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Falcon Go | $7.99 per device, billed monthly | Next-gen antivirus, device control, mobile protection, Express Support |
| Falcon Pro | $14.99 per device | Everything in Go plus firewall management |
| Falcon Enterprise | $19.99 per device | Everything in Pro plus EDR and threat hunting |
| Falcon Complete MDR | $184.99 per device | Enterprise plus 24/7 expert-led MDR and the Breach Prevention Warranty |
At the listed monthly rates, 12 months of Falcon Go is $95.88 per device, Falcon Pro is $179.88 per device and Falcon Enterprise is $239.88 per device, before any annual billing discount. Falcon Go purchases are limited to a maximum of 100 devices, so larger fleets start at Pro.
What Does Each Falcon Bundle Include?
Each bundle stacks on the one below it. Falcon Go includes next-gen antivirus, device control, mobile device protection and Express Support; Falcon Pro adds firewall management; Falcon Enterprise adds endpoint detection and response and threat intelligence and hunting.
That last step is the one that matters most. Next-gen antivirus blocks known bad files and suspicious behavior at the moment it runs. Endpoint detection and response (EDR) goes further. It records what happens on every device so an analyst can investigate, trace an attacker's path and isolate a machine. Our managed EDR page covers the difference in plain English, and our CrowdStrike Falcon EDR guide explains how the Falcon sensor works.
Why does that matter? The CrowdStrike 2026 Global Threat Report found 82% of detections were malware-free. Attackers increasingly log in with stolen credentials and use built-in tools, which leaves little for antivirus to catch.
Step 1: Count the Devices You Need to Cover
Start with an honest device count, because every Falcon bundle is priced per device. Include every Windows, macOS and Linux workstation and server, since the Falcon platform supports Windows, macOS and Linux.
Do not forget the machines nobody thinks about: the front desk PC, the server in the closet, laptops that only connect twice a month. Uncovered devices are where attackers land.
Step 2: Decide Whether You Need EDR
Pick Falcon Enterprise or above if you want EDR, and Go or Pro if you only want prevention. For most businesses that hold customer data, EDR is worth it.
Use this quick test:
- Do you store personal, financial or health information?
- Would a day of downtime cost more than a year of licenses?
- Does your cyber insurer ask about EDR on its application?
If you answered yes to any of these, plan on EDR. If you answered yes to the second one, also plan on someone watching it.
Step 3: Decide Who Will Watch the Alerts
EDR creates alerts, and alerts need a person. Your choices are your own staff, CrowdStrike Falcon Complete or a partner that bundles the license with a SOC.
Timing is the reason this step matters. The CrowdStrike 2026 Global Threat Report found average eCrime breakout time fell to 29 minutes, and the fastest observed breakout was 27 seconds. Breakout is the time from first access to moving to other systems. An alert that waits until Monday is not much help.
| Option | Who watches | What you manage |
|---|---|---|
| Falcon Go, Pro or Enterprise | Your team | Alerts, investigation, response |
| Falcon Complete MDR | CrowdStrike analysts | Your other tools and logs |
| Endpoint Detectives | Our 24/7 SOC on CrowdStrike EDR | Very little, beyond deploying the agent |
Step 4: Compare Total Cost, Not License Cost
The license is the smallest line in the budget. Compare the full cost of protection: license, people, log collection, scanning and incident response.
Here is what that looks like for each path:
- License only. Falcon pricing plus the salary or contractor time to monitor alerts around the clock.
- Falcon Complete MDR. The listed per-device price, plus any other tools you still need, such as log collection or vulnerability scanning.
- A bundled MDR partner. One price that should cover the license, the SOC and the extras.
Every Endpoint Detectives subscription includes the CrowdStrike EDR license, endpoint monitoring, network monitoring, cloud monitoring, vulnerability scanning, SIEM log aggregation, a 24/7 SOC and remote incident response. Our MDR pricing page has a calculator so you can run your own numbers.

Want CrowdStrike without hiring a night shift? Endpoint Detectives bundles Falcon EDR with 24/7 monitoring and response for one annual price.
Step 5: Understand How Billing Works
CrowdStrike offers monthly or annual billing for Go, Pro and Enterprise. Annual subscriptions are billed with the full amount due at the start of the term, there are no other fees beyond the subscription, and customers can cancel within 30 days for a full refund, according to the CrowdStrike pricing page.
That refund window is generous, and it makes the annual option low risk if you have already tested the product. Optional add-on modules are priced separately.
Is There a CrowdStrike Free Trial?
Yes. The 15-day free trial includes Falcon Prevent next-gen antivirus, Falcon Device Control and Express Support, according to the CrowdStrike pricing page.
The trial is a good way to see the sensor's footprint and the console. It does not include 24/7 human monitoring, so it will not show you what managed response feels like during a real incident.
How Does CrowdStrike Pricing Compare With Managed MDR?
CrowdStrike pricing for the license alone is lower than a managed bundle, but a license does not include people. Managed detection and response (MDR) adds the analysts, and that is where most of the protection value lives.
The IBM Cost of a Data Breach Report 2026 found managed security service providers identified 31% of breaches, and breaches an MSSP identified cost an average of $4.86 million, below the $4.99 million global average. Fast identification by a team that is awake is what moves that number.
| Falcon Enterprise, self-managed | Endpoint Detectives MDR | |
|---|---|---|
| CrowdStrike EDR license | Yes | Yes, included |
| 24/7 human monitoring | You provide it | Included |
| SIEM log aggregation | Separate | Included |
| Vulnerability scanning | Separate | Included |
| Remote incident response | You provide it | Included |
| Price | $19.99 per device, monthly list | $150 per workstation per year |
Endpoint Detectives analysts can respond to a confirmed threat in as little as 15 minutes. You can read more on our managed EDR page.
What Is Not Included in the List Price?
The list price covers software and support, not people or the tools around the endpoint. Before you sign, check whether you also need these:
- Log collection. A SIEM (security information and event management) system gathers logs from firewalls, cloud email and servers. Falcon Next-Gen SIEM is a separate module. Our guide to SIEM explains why logs matter after an incident.
- Vulnerability scanning. EDR watches behavior. It does not replace scheduled scans for missing patches and weak settings.
- Incident response. Someone has to contain the threat, clean up and document what happened.
- Onboarding time. Rolling out sensors, setting policies and tuning alerts takes staff hours.
None of these are hidden fees. They are simply outside what a per-device license covers. A managed bundle folds them into one number, which is easier to plan around.
As an Oklahoma City CrowdStrike partner, we see the same question from owners across the country: is the license enough on its own? For a business with no security staff, usually not.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Buying prevention when you need detection. Go and Pro do not include EDR.
- Leaving servers off the count. Servers are prime targets and need coverage too.
- Assuming the console watches itself. EDR without monitoring is a smoke detector with no one home.
- Comparing license to bundle. Compare like for like: license plus people versus a managed price.
- Skipping the trial. Fifteen days is enough to confirm the sensor works on your systems.
Tips for Getting the Best Value
- Try the sensor on a few machines before you buy for the whole fleet.
- Group servers and workstations in your count, since both need coverage.
- Ask any MDR provider whose analysts respond and whether incident response is included.
- Check what your cyber insurer requires before you choose a bundle.
- If you lack staff for nights and weekends, look at SOC as a service or a bundled MDR plan.
FAQ
How much is CrowdStrike Falcon Complete?
The CrowdStrike pricing page lists Falcon Complete MDR at $184.99 per device. It includes 24/7 expert-led MDR, add-on modules and the CrowdStrike Breach Prevention Warranty.
Is CrowdStrike an MDR or EDR?
Both. Falcon Enterprise includes EDR software. Falcon Complete adds CrowdStrike's own managed detection and response team on top of it.
Is CrowdStrike better than Windows Defender?
They solve similar problems differently. CrowdStrike adds threat hunting and deeper response tools in its higher bundles, and either product works better with someone watching alerts.
Is CrowdStrike Falcon a SIEM or EDR?
Falcon is an EDR platform first. CrowdStrike sells Next-Gen SIEM as a separate module for log collection and analysis.
Conclusion
CrowdStrike pricing is transparent: Go for prevention, Pro for firewall control, Enterprise for EDR and Complete for CrowdStrike-run MDR. The real decision is who watches the alerts. Price the license, then price the people, and compare the total.
